Community Classes on Zoom

Monday 10:30AM Ashtanga Yoga: A vigorous, flow class. We follow the traditional ashtanga yoga sequencing. 90 minutes.
Wednesday 10:30AM Basic, User Friendly Yoga: Some strength, stretch and centering. All levels. 60 minutes.
Friday 5:00PM Night Chill. A 75 minutes class that includes, breathing, long slow stretches and relaxation.
Saturday 10:30AM Intermediate Flow: An energetic flow class, with a lot of guidance and instruction. 75 minutes.
